guias do jQuery ui

O que eu estou fazendo errado aqui? Eu estou tentando começar com guias de jQuery UI. Agora não está funcionando. Eu pensei em usar a versão do Google para que ela fosse armazenada em cache. Eu gostaria de descobrir onde o Google também tem o ui.tabs.js.
