Estou criando uma pequena função auxiliar para retornar umDataTable. Gostaria de trabalhar com todos os provedores queADO.Net suporta, então pensei em fazer tudo usarIDbCommand ouDbCommand sempre que possíve

Atingi um obstáculo com o seguinte código:

        DataTable dt = new DataTable();

            {

            dt.Load(cmd.ExecuteReader(), LoadOption.OverwriteChanges);
        }
        return dt;
    }

Quando esse código é executado, recebo umaInvalidCastException que afirma o seguinte:

The SqlParameterCollection aceita apenas objetos do tipo SqlParameter não nulos, não objetos Strin

O código cai sobre a linha:

cmd.Parameters.Add(Parameters.GetValue(i));

Alguma ideia

Quaisquer melhorias no código acima são apreciada
