Pesquisei na web nas últimas horas, encontrando muitas informações relacionadas ao meu problema - mas nenhuma realmente as corrigi

Minha máquina é de 64 bits com um Visual Studio 10 de 32 bits instalado. A solução usa .Net 4. A solução inclui a instalação de 64 bits do Crystal Reports. A solução também inclui log4net.

A compilação do projeto no VS2010 é válida para Debug e Release, qualquer processado

Adicionei um projeto de instalação da Web que desejo criar. No entanto, independentemente da configuração, eu recebo os seguintes erros ao compilar (na interface do usuário do VS e na linha de comando usando o devenv.exe):
