Cabeçalho da tabela html corrigida ao rolar

Tenho a seguinte estrutura de tabela:

Estou tentando corrigir o cabeçalho para que, se eu rolar para baixo, ele fique visível. Eu olhei paraesta postage mas não conseguia entender. Como posso fazer isso
