Vários sites django no Apache / Windows / mod_wsgi - problema com o win32

Tenho dois sites django que usam o mesmo banco de dados e compartilham parte do código. O site pai principal é uma extranet para funcionários e contratados, enquanto o segundo site expõe alguns dos dados a alguns de nossos parceiros.

Consegui configurar sites para funcionar, mas descobri que, se eu lançasse o Apache e entrasse no site principal, o site do parceiro não funcionaria, retornando um "Erro interno do servidor". Se eu reiniciar e entrar no site do parceiro, o site principal não funcionará.

Então, eu acho que eles estão em conflito por recurso

O log do servidor (veja abaixo) mostra que há um problema com o módulo win32 / lib / pywintypes.py, linha 114. Em outros lugares, foi sugerido comentar essas linhas (veja abaixo). Então, eu tentei isso e funciona.

Eu realmente não entendo o que está acontecendo no código e se comentá-lo só vai me causar problemas mais tarde. Então a pergunta é:

Existe algo mais acontecendo que possa estar causando isso? Esse fudge é 'seguro' de fazer?
