Estou recebendo esta exceção:

O objeto de comunicação, System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel, não pode ser usado para comunicação porque está no estado Falha.

O serviço WCF usa o padrão wsHttpBinding. Estou usando o WCF da seguinte maneira, onde quer que esteja:

}

A linha de erro mostrada na mensagem parece estar após o último proxy.close. Não tenho certeza do que está acontecendo. Estou iniciando o serviço no visual studio 08.
