<% @ page pageEncoding = “UTF-8”%> ignorado quando incluído de outro jsp
Eu tenho código (agora emgithub) gostar :
my.jsp (um jsp genérico - todo meu jspS segue esse padrão mais ou menos):

Como você vê - ou pode acreditar na minha palavra - as tags se equilibram corretamente. Minha pergunta é -por que não posso incluir o
<%@ page language="java" contentType="text/html; charset=UTF-8"
pageEncoding="UTF-8"%>
directiva na minhatop.jsp Arquivo ? Acredite em mim, não faz nada.Devo me preocupar que o<%@ page session="false"%> é igualmente ignorado ?
