Preciso colocar um botão imediatamente acima de uma UIViewTable dinamicamente preenchida. Parece certo não preencher a primeira célula (linha 0), mas utilizar a área do cabeçalho, então eu uso o método UITableViewDelegate para criar programaticamente um UIView contendo um UIButton:

{        
    UIView *headerView = [[[UIView alloc] initWithFrame:CGRectMake(0,0, 320, 44)] autorelease]; // x,y,width,height

    UIButton *reportButton = [UIButton buttonWithType:UIButtonTypeRoundedRect];    
    reportButton.frame = CGRectMake(80.0, 0, 160.0, 40.0); // x,y,width,height
    [reportButton setTitle:@"rep" forState:UIControlStateNormal];
    [reportButton addTarget:self 
                     action:@selector(buttonPressed:)
           forControlEvents:UIControlEventTouchDown];        

    [headerView addSubview:reportButton];
    return headerView;    
}

No entanto, como mostrado abaixo, o botão não recebe o espaço necessário (eu esperava que a altura do cabeçalho aderisse ao argumento 44).

O que há de errado aqui? Devo acrescentar que o UITableView é criado em um arquivo XIB separado.
