Essencialmente eu tenho um datareader que, em teoria, vai chamar um procedimento armazenado e vincular a consulta que é retornada para um gráfico.

Esses são os dados que gostaria de vincular a um gráfico:

Quando meu programa da web chega ao ponto em que está pronto para criar o gráfico, recebo o seguinte erro:

De qualquer forma não tenho certeza se Databindtable é o método correto que eu deveria estar usando ou talvez até Databindcrosstable. Eu estive olhando para este problema por quatro dias agora e estou chamando seus conhecimentos para me guiar na direção correta agora.
