Importar arquivo csv para o banco de dados SQL Server no aplicativo C # Windows sem cabeçalho

Estou tentando importar um.csv arquivo em um banco de dados do SQL Server sem os cabeçalhos.

Esse código funciona bem, mas com cabeçalhos - como pular os cabeçalhos? O que preciso alterar no código para ignorar os cabeçalhos do.csv Arquivo?
