Sobrepor dois vídeos com a AVFoundation

Estou tentando sobrepor dois vídeos, com o vídeo em primeiro plano sendo um pouco alfa transparente. Eu tenho acompanhado oDocumentos da Apple assim comoEste tutorial.

Sempre que tento colocar dois do mesmo vídeo emmeu código não bate; no entanto, quando tento alimentar dois vídeos diferentes, recebo este erro:

Eu entendi aquilovocê não pode salvar um vídeo com um canal alfa no iOS - quero achatar os dois vídeos em um vídeo opaco.

Ao tentar sobrepor os dois vídeos e aplicar um estilo PiP usando CATransforms, ele trava; simplesmente sobrepondo-os (sem alfa ou qualquer outro efeito aplicado) Qualquer ajuda é apreciada.
