Há algum tempo, instalei o NodeJS (v0.10.31) e trabalhei em um projeto sem problemas, mas recentemente decidi atualizar para o Node v5.0.0. Tudo estava bem até que eu decidi usar o bcrypt e o db-migrate. Chamando o comandoinstalação npm falharia ao divulgar uma longa lista de detalhes, mas nenhuma informação clara sobre o problema:

Parece não haver nenhuma informação na web sobre o erro, e o uso do NodeJS V4.X.X também não ajudou em nada.
