O banco de dados incorporado do Neo4j trava após o encerramento anormal do aplicativo
Vou tornar público meu primeiro aplicativo baseado no banco de dados Neo4j Embedded e tive um sério problema de bloqueio -
Esta é a minha pergunta anterior com exclusão de banco de dados onde estou enfrentando esse problemaLimpar efetivamente o banco de dados Neo4j
Eu uso:
OS: Windows 8.1
jdk1.8.0_51
neo4j version 2.2.3
lucene version 3.6.2
spring-data-neo4j version 3.4.0.M1
Percebi que tudo funciona corretamente se eu usargraphDatabaseService.shutdown(); antes de finalizar o aplicativo. Caso contrário, o banco de dados será destruído (não apenas o aplicativo, mas também o servidor Neo4j também fica travado nesse db corrompido quando tento carregar meu db incorporado com a interface da Web do Neo4j).
Existe alguma maneira de tornar o banco de dados Neo4j Embedded mais tolerante a falhas? Perderei todos os meus dados após o primeiro erro (por exemplo, evento de blecaute) no ambiente de produção.
Passei alguns dias nessa questão, mas ainda não tenho idéias de como proceder. Por favor ajude.

Encontrei a fonte geral desse problema, mas não tenho idéia no momento de como corrigi-lo.

Eu montei automaticamente 4 campos que usam internamente o Neo4j (DAO, repositórios e assim por diante). O Neo4j trava na reinicialização após o desligamento imundo quando esses campos estão presentes dentro do meu WebSecurityConfig. Quando eu comento esses campos, o problema desaparece.
O que pode estar errado?
