Estou tentando capturar alterações de estado do bluetooth com o Broadcast Receiver.

Eu inicio o aplicativo e o minimizo pressionando o botão Início. Vá para configurações e ative o bluetooth, mas nada acontece. Embora eu espere mensagens de brinde e logcat. O que há de errado aqui?
