Estou tentando há um dia resolver isso, verificando tópicos semelhantes, mas sem sucesso.O Stretch não pode salvar animação matplotlib com ffmpeg ajudou com erros anteriores (eu tinha o caminho do ffmpeg errado), mas continuei recebendo o Access negado após corrigi-lo.

Meu binário ffmpeg está ativadoC:\ffmpeg\bin

Uma boa alternativa seria exportar arquivos gif, mas continuo recebendo um erro ascii com o imagemagick. Eu acho que os dois problemas estão relacionados, então eu queria resolver o ffmpeg primeiro.

Acho que o problema pode ter a ver com o fato de estar trabalhando com o Canopy (no Windows 8 de 64 bits), que praticamente hegemonizou minha variável de caminho e quebrou algumas coisas ao longo do caminho (por exemplo, não consigo abrir o IDLE desde que instalei o Canopy , ainda não tentou consertar isso). Ao consertar as coisas ao longo do caminho, encontrei pelo menos três variáveis de caminho distintas, atualizadas: caminho de configurações avançadas do Windows (definido manualmente), caminho do console do Windows (definido pelo console com setx) e sys.path (definido ou verificado em tempo de execução), adicionando";C:\ffmpeg\bin", onde ffmpeg está efetivamente. Independentemente de resolver o problema ou não, gostaria de saber quais dessas variáveis de ambiente são relevantes para o que, acho muito confuso.

ATUALIZAR: Eu segui os passos emesta postagem para conceder acesso às pastas C: \ ffmpeg e destino, mas sem sorte :(
