javafx.fxml.LoadException:

Quando estou carregando e arquivo fxml usando a seguinte linha de código.

AnchorPane anchorPane = (AnchorPane) loader.load ()

Este é o meu arquivo fxml, excluindo instruções de importação.

O compilador reclama que há um erro na linha número 1. Tenho certeza de que o caminho do arquivo fxml está correto. o que está errado com meu código?
