Eu sou um novato em java e preciso de alguma ajuda

então aqui está o meu método principal:

RegistrationMethods dmv = new RegistrationMethods();
ArrayList<CarOwner> ItState = new ArrayList<CarOwner>();
dmv.processTextToArrayList(ItState);

e eu tenho uma classe chamadaCarOwner e tem getters e setters parafirstName, lastName, license, month, year variáveis de instância.

E este é o cabeçalho do meu método paraprocessTextToArrayList método:

public void processTextToArrayList(ArrayList<CarOwner> inList) throws IOException

esse método deve adicionar novosCarOwner objetos para oinList CarOwner coleção transmitida. Para cada linha do arquivo csv, umCarOwner objeto é adicionado ainList.

Eu tenho que ler do arquivo csv em arraylist meu arquivo csv contém algo como:

Bunny Bugs ACB-123 5 2013

Bunny Honey DEF-456 9 2013

Bunny Lola GHI-789 3 2014

como codifico isso usando o loop while?
