Lançando exceção no processo NIO SSL Handshake usando SSLEngine

Estou recebendo a seguinte exceção no handshake NIO SSL. Durante o processo de aperto de mão,

No lado do cliente,

a) NEED_WRAP

b) NEED_UNWRAP

c) NEED_TASK

d) NEED_UNWRAP - obtendo a seguinte exceção ao chamar desembrulhar.
