Por que o SBT NÃO está excluindo essas bibliotecas apesar de usar exclusões?
Apesar de fazer o seguinte, o sbt ainda está pegando o elevador-json. Por quê?
"net.liftweb" %% "lift-mapper" % "2.6-M4" % "compile" excludeAll(ExclusionRule("net.liftweb", "lift-json"))

Portanto, a dependência é lift-mapper -> lift-db -> lift-util -> lift-json, talvez a exclusão não seja profunda?
