Eu reinstalei o Windows no meu computador e depois de abrir qualquer projeto do Windows Phone 8 no Visual Studio 2012 para Windows Phone, recebo a seguinte mensagem de erro:

Tentei reinstalar o Visual Studio duas vezes, mas não o resolveu.

Como posso resolver isso?
