Erro de preenchimento PKCS7 incorreto: comprimento inválido 106

Estou tentando criptografar e descriptografar com as seguintes funções, no entanto, isso resulta em um erro de preenchimento incorreto.

Se eu definirPaddingMode paraNone retorna alguns caracteres alfa e símbolos aleatórios no log.

Possivelmente estou perdendo alguma coisa ao definir a estrutura correta, que é a seguinte:
