Eu estou tentando criar uma visão programaticamente. O resultado que eu quero ter é uma visão de rolagem com uma tableview dentro. E sob esta visão de tabela eu quero adicionar alguns botões

Eu não sei exatamente como fazer isso eu tentei isso, mas não funciona:
