JMeter OutOfMemoryError

Estou enfrentando os erros OutOfMemor abaixo e o JMeter para de funcionar ...

Como isso pode ser resolvido?
Meu sistema possui especificações muito boas, como 16 GB de RAM, 2 processadores Quad Core e HD de 146 GB.

Alguém pode me ajudar?
