Ícone Wampserver não vai totalmente verde, serviços mysql não está iniciando?

Estou executando um aplicativo emlocalhost, ele está sendo executado com sucesso há pelo menos um ano, mas de repente o wampserver não está iniciando. Sempre que clico no ícone da barra de tarefas e "inicio todos os serviços", fica laranja, mas nunca verde. Ontem houve um problema de perda de dados porque uma das tabelas do mysql travou e teve que ser reparada, se estiver relacionada a isso de alguma forma.

Se eu tentarhttp://localhost/phpmyadminEu recebo um403 Forbidden erro, que eu nunca tive antes.

As linhas 25 e 26 em index_exe.php são simplesmente como abaixo (eu estava tentando fazer o login no aplicativo):

Por causa do[2002] No connection could be made because the target machine actively (trying to connect via tcp://localhost:3306 erro, eu percebi que talvez haja um problema com algum outro aplicativo usando a mesma porta, então eu tentei o seguinte (meu wamp está sendo executado no D :):

Mas agora eu não sei o que fazer com isso. Eu me certifiquei de que my.ini tinha especificado a porta 3306, e ela tinha (de qualquer maneira, ninguém mudou em um ano como poderia de repente ter outro valor). Qualquer ajuda por favor! Eu acho que o Apache está funcionando porque quando eu digitohttp://localhost, funciona e dá a opção de ir para phpmyadmin ou minha pasta de aplicativos, mas parece que os serviços do mysql não estão iniciando ou algo assim? Eu confirmei com o administrador e nenhum novo software (como o Skype) foi instalado ou qualquer coisa.

eu fui paraServices.msc e verificadowampapache, o status foi "iniciado". Maswampmysqld não tinha status. Então eu cliquei com o botão direito e escolhi "Start". Uma mensagem dizia "O Windows está tentando iniciar o serviço no computador local", mas eu recebi este erro:

Windows could not start the wampmysqld service on Local Computer
Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly

O que está acontecendo? :(

Eu tenho o mysql funcionando de novo, aqui:

o mysqld funcionando, mas o wampmysqld não está iniciando

Contudo,localhost://phpmyadmin ainda me dá um403 forbidden erro emysql_connect continua me dando um erro "Acesso negado".
