O gem install rails não funciona devido ao openssl / ETimedout no windows
Inicialmente eu tenhoruby 1.9.3
versão instalada no meu windows 7 e eu instaleiruby 2.0.0p195
recentemente e testei a partir do comando promot (ruby -v; ruby -e "puts 100"; irb
) funciona muito bem.
ruby -v
dáruby 2.0.0p195 (2013-05-14) [i386-mingw32]
gem -v
me dá2.0.2
Quando estou tentando instalar rails, sempre recebo o erro abaixo:

Como estou recebendo muitos erros, eu desinstalei ambas as versões do Ruby e reiniciei o sistema e instalei de volta (como sugerido após o googling e de algumas poucas perguntas sobre o stackoverflow). Mas não ajudou muito. Nota: Eu desliguei o firewall do Windows e tentei instalar. Mas ainda estou recebendo exceção com o problema openSSL. Por favor, sugira sobre isso. Obrigado!
