Removendo linhas ruidosas de fundo do Captcha Image usando o PYTHON PIL
Eu tenho uma imagem captcha processada (Ampliada) parecido com:
Como você pode ver, o tamanho da fonte do "TEXTO" é um pouco maior que a largura das Linhas Ruidosas.
Então eu preciso de um algoritmo ou código para remover as linhas ruidosas desta imagem.
Com a ajuda da biblioteca Python PIL e o algoritmo de corte mencionado abaixo, eu não obtenho a imagem de saída que poderia ser facilmente lida pelos OCRs.

Então, basicamente, eu gostaria de saber um algoritmo / código melhor para se livrar do ruído e, assim, tornar a imagem legível pelo OCR (Tesseract ou pytesser).
