Instalando um pacote / ferramenta python por um usuário não root
(1) Eu tenho que instalar um pacote python (HTSeq), mas eu não tenho privilégios de root.
O pacote precisa do python 2.4 ou da versão mais recente. Nós temos o python 2.3 em nosso cluster.
Assim eu instalei o python 2.7 no meu diretório local usando
<code>./configure --prefix=/home/amit/tools/localpython make make install </code>
(2) O pacote também requer numpy: então eu também o instalei no meu diretório local usando:
<code>/home/amit/tools/localpython/bin/python2.7 setup.py install --home=/home/amit/tools/localnumpy </code>
E feito
<code>>>> sys.path.append("/home/amit/tools/localnumpy/lib/") </code>
(3) Eu fiz o download do arquivo tar do HTSeq (que eu quero baixar) e execute
<code>/home/amit/tools/localpython/bin/python2.7 setup.py install --home=/home/amit/tools/localhtseq </code>
está jogando seguinte erro:
<code>Could not import 'setuptools', falling back to 'distutils'. Setup script for HTSeq: Failed to import 'numpy'. Please install numpy and then try again to install HTSeq. </code>
Gentilmente me fornecer alguma dica de como superar isso
desde já, obrigado
