Obter parâmetro quando solicitar multipartes no JSP

este é um trecho de código para inserir informações do produto (título, preço, número de 7 dígitos, imagem do produto), quando eu quero obter o parâmetro 'destination' no servlet o valor obtido é nulo eu sei disso porque solicitar multipart, mas como eu posso obter este valor e o valor do arquivo carregado?
