Estoy tratando de implementar una vista de texto sobre una imagen en un marco en el centro y la parte inferior del diseño como se ve aquí:

Estoy tratando de implementar esto programáticamente pero sin suerte ... Siempre obtengo la vista de texto en la esquina superior izquierda ... ¿alguien puede ayudarme? Aquí está mi código:
