Estoy tratando de hacer un bucle que produzca esto:

08:00
08:15
08:30
08:45
09:00
09:15
09:30
09:45

Lo necesito para ir de 08:00 a 17:00

aquí está mi código hasta ahora:

el problema es que emite 17:00 entre cada hora, por ejemplo:

08:00
08:15
08:30
08:45
17:00
09:00
09:15
09:30
09:45
17:00
