¿Cómo ordenar la tabla de nombres HTML con Javascript?

Tengo este código en html / javascript y estoy tratando de ordenar una tabla de database.json con él. El código es de:https: //www.w3schools.com/howto/tryit.asp? filename = tryhow_js_sort_table_desc Por alguna razón, cuando se ejecuta, ordena los nombres al azar (W N C G I - las iniciales, por ejemplo). ¿Qué puedo hacer? ¡Cualquier ayuda sería muy apreciada! :R
