El widget de mi aplicación deja de funcionar después de actualizar a targetSDk a 28.

unciona a la perfección en dispositivos antiguos targetdk.

Estoy teniendo el siguiente error

Donde el proveedor de widgets de reloj está extendiendo AppWidgetProvider.
