Intento ingresar a mi repositorio pero recibí el siguiente error

fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/PhanVanLinh/phanvanlinh.github.io.git/': The requested URL returned error: 403

Antes, estoy usando el nombre de usuarioedgarphan pero ya lo he cambiado aPhanVanLinh pero aún se mantieneedgarphan. Intenté eliminar el proyecto y clonar nuevamente, desinstalar git y reinstalar, pero no funcionará.
