Adjunte el depurador de Visual Studio a la aplicación de electrones

Estoy intentando depurar la aplicación electrónica de Visual Studio 2017 (y no vscode) desde cero.

Creé un proyecto de consola nodejs, instalar y guardar electrones. Estructura del proyecto:

Sin embargo, cuando hago clic en Inicio, se inicia la aplicación de electrones, pero el proceso de depuración parece separarse. Cuando trato de adjuntar manualmente el depurador a todo el proceso de electrones (Depuración -> Adjuntar a proceso -> elegir todos los procesos de electrones), el punto de ruptura dice que no se golpea ya que no se cargan símbolos.

¿Hay un paso que me perdí? Dado que la depuración se puede hacer en VSCode, ¿supongo que también se puede hacer en VS2017?
