Tengo una cadena encriptada en Visual Basic. NET 2008, las funciones para cifrar y descifrar son las siguientes:

por ejemplo, la palabra "android" encriptada con esta función me da el resultado "B3xogi / Qfsc ="

ahora necesito descifrar la cadena "B3xogi / Qfsc =" desde java, con la misma clave, que es "key12345", y el resultado debería ser "android" ... ¿alguien sabe cómo hacer esto?
