Quiero descargar un archivo utilizando el método web jQuery Ajax, pero no funciona.

Aquí está mi método jQuery ajax call to web:

¿Cómo hacerlo? Por favor, ayúdame.
Una cosa más: quiero descargarlo en la PC cliente, no guardarlo en el servidor.
