JNI no puede detectar __int64 en NetBeans

Estoy tratando de compilar una biblioteca nativa para usarla desde Java (con JNI). He seguido este tutorial:https://cnd.netbeans.org/docs/jni/beginning-jni-win.html

El error

Cuando intento compilar, tengo este error (ver línea 4):

Puedo resolver este error agregando untypedef long long __int64 antes de#include <jni.h> pero supongo que hay algo que estoy haciendo mal.
