Escribir datos en la característica Bluetooth LE en Android

Aunque se han hecho preguntas similares, pero es ligeramente diferente. Sé cómo pasar datos a un dispositivo BLE conectado, pero creo que estoy haciendo algo mal para lo que necesito ayuda. El siguiente código contiene todos los métodos de mi clase que está extendiendo BroadcastReceiver.

Escaneo y me conecto a un dispositivo especificado por `PEN_ADDRESS`.En el método `onServicesDiscovered` busco un servicio cuyo` UUID` contenga `abcd`.Luego recorro las características de estos servicios y busco tres características con cadenas específicas en su 'UUID'.La tercera característica es una característica de escritura en la que estoy tratando de escribir datos llamando al método `writeCharac (mGatt, writeChar1,123);` Los datos `123` pasados arriba son solo datos ficticios.

Depuré mi código al intentar escribir en esta característica pero al poner puntos de interrupción dentro delwriteCharac método, encontré que elstatus el valor es falso, lo que indica que la escritura no fue exitosa. ¿Me estoy perdiendo de algo? Por favor ayuda!
