Cuando inicie sesión en el servidor de compilación tfs con una cuenta local y ejecute el siguiente comando powershell:

Add-PSSnapin Microsoft.TeamFoundation.PowerShell

carga los cmdlets tfs correctamente. Sin embargo, cuando disparo una compilación en el servidor tfs que invoca el script, falla con el mensaje:

'Microsoft.TeamFoundation.PowerShell' no está instalado en esta computadora.

El agente de compilación se ejecuta en la cuenta de servicio. ¿Qué tengo que hacer?

EDITAR: Tuve que editar la entrada de reqistry desde el primer enlace en la respuesta de @Alexis Coles para que funcione con la versión 2015 de TFS PowerTools:
