estoy usandocollapsingToolbarlayout connestedscrollview y funciona bien, hasta quecollapsingToolbarlayout es completamente colapso yactionbar está mostrando. Aquí elnestedscrollview deja de desplazarte y algunos elementos siguen ocultos.

He buscado mucho y no sé por qué sucede

He descubierto que el problema es que estoy incluyendo un diseño que contiene unhorizontalscrollview y cuando está vacío o contiene datos, causa este problema si alguien sabe que este problema puede ayudarme, gracias
