Valgrind mostrando pérdida de memoria para printf y bloques no utilizados

Cuando uso Valgrind en mi Mac (OS X, 10.9.5) recibo el siguiente mensaje:

Haceprintf asignar memoria por sí mismo? Si elimino elprintf Solo obtengo lo siguiente:
