Recientemente comencé a aprender a usar Python para analizar archivos xml. Tomé el tutorial dehttp://pyxml.sourceforge.net/topics/howto/node12.html

Cuando ejecuto el siguiente código me sale el error:

también en la última línea en la que estoy pasando el archivo está en el directorio de trabajo actual ¿es esta la forma correcta de abordar el archivo?
