Estoy tratando de instalar puma gem en la máquina con Windows. Estoy teniendo el siguiente error. Pasé por un par de foros pero en vano.

He intentado instalar paquetes y bibliotecas de encabezados openSSL como se menciona enhttps://github.com/puma/puma/issues/202 , los enlaces no funcionan.
