¿Hay algún ejemplo para usar ECC en iOS?

Noté que el kSecAttrKeyTypeEC en los Documentos del desarrollador de Apple, pero no puedo usarlo para un par de claves genéricas.

El sanityCheck siempre devuelve -50 que significa 'errSecParam'.
