Cómo convertir una transición de animación de controlador de vista a una transición de animación de segmento

De lo que puedo recopilar no es posible usar una animación de View Controller como una transición Segue. Actualmente tengo un conjunto de animaciones de View Controller en un proyecto existente que crea transiciones animadas entre View Controllers. Por ejemplo:

Lo anterior desliza un controlador de vista modal hacia arriba desde la parte inferior.

Ahora me gustaría convertir esto para trabajar con guiones gráficos y segues.

Tengo otros cuatro tipos de animación que quiero convertir, ¿hay una forma sencilla de hacer que la clase anterior funcione con transiciones segue?
