Estoy siguiendo eltutorial para crear un complemento de Maven y no puede ejecutar la instalación de mvn sin obtener errores. La información se queja de que no tengo los descriptores de mojo requeridos cuando las anotaciones deberían generarme para mí. Estoy ejecutando maven 3.0.5 y utilizando intellij como mi ide. Aquí está mi clase principal:

Nota: Tuve que agregar por separado la dependencia de las anotaciones ya que el api del complemento principal no contenía estas clases. cuando ejecuto mvn install en mi proyecto, la salida es la siguiente:
