Tengo un sitio de codificación que no le gustan los parámetros de URL añadidos, por ejemplo, mysite.com/page/value es bueno, pero mysite.com/page/value?url=parameters es malo.

Las campañas de anuncios de Google adjuntan el parámetro url para el seguimiento, quiero deshacerme de estos para la llamada a Codeigniter. (Sé que hay varias formas de hacerlo en codeigniter pero quiero hacerlo en el nivel de acceso)

¿Cómo debo cambiarlo para hacer que ignore los parámetros de url pero todavía acepte mysite / a / b / urls?
