Estoy tratando de convertir doc a pdf usando Apache POI, pero el documento pdf resultante solo contiene texto, no tiene ningún formato como imágenes, alineación de tablas, etc.

¿Cómo puedo convertir documentos a pdf con todos los formatos, como tablas, imágenes, alineaciones?
