Instalación de GitHub para Windows

Estoy tratando de instalar GitHub para Windows. Intenté instalarlo de la manera normal y obtuve este error:

Desde aquí estoy atascado. Cualquier consejo sería muy apreciado.

Estoy en una computadora de trabajo, por lo que puede haber algunas configuraciones de seguridad bloqueando algo, pero no sé todo eso.
