Cuando intento iniciar el servidor Apache utilizando XAMPP, dice principalmente lo siguiente:

[Apache]   Check the "/xampp/apache/logs/error.log" file
[Apache]   and the Windows Event Viewer for more clues

Revisé el registro de errores y dice:

"Session Cache is not configured"
